1.      A soft turban cloth
2.      Mirror
3.      Turban pins

Divide the students into 4-5 groups and hand them turban cloth.

He will tie turban in front of the class and ask them to follow

During class discussion, write down the difficult words like Pooni and show them video how to make folds of the turban cloth

Diagnostic group activity: What they already know about turban and folds of turban. Teacher can adjust the lesson according that level.
Exit slips:  Write about cultural concerns of turban

  1. Hmmm -- the big ideas are not SO big, and those are not really curriculum competencies in the BC curriculum -- but overall, everything is OK.
